What You'll Do :
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into long term partnerships.
- Planning and organizing customers' visitation schedule.
- Ensure prompt and efficient customer support to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Follow up payment from the customers based on the credit term applied at a timely manner.
- Assist in implementation of sales strategy and promotion set by company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
Who We're Looking For :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicant who familiar with industrial supplies is a plus
- Goal-driven, independent, and a team player with high integrity.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
