Officially operating in January 2014 after establishment on 17th November 2009. SCOR aims to align with the government's effort to move from incineration and landfill to 4R which is Reduce, Reuse, Recover and Recycle for waste management.
Starting as a DOE-licensed off-site storage and transporter to collect the SW within Labuan F.T., SCOR has taken up the challenge to extend its service in the Scheduled Waste Treatment and Recovery Management.
In December 2017, SCOR received a Wastewater Treatment Facility license and Oil & Solvent Recovery Facility license on 29th January 2018.
SCOR is also licensed by PETRONAS on Healthy Safety Environment (HSE) - Waste Management, Leasing & Rental of Container and Vessel Cleaning.
