Job requirements:
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Chinese and English), able to express ideas clearly, and patiently listen to customer questions and feedback
✅ Love problem solving, able to stay calm under high pressure and find innovative solutions
✅ Proficiency in using Drive, PS, WPS and Microsoft Office software
✅ Newer or at least 1 year customer service experience required, willing to work shifts in a 24/7 environment
✅ Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline required
Job Responsibilities :
You will provide day-to-day global service and support to internal and external clients by handling IT requests and providing IT support via email/Skype or other communication tools. Because you will be working closely with international clients, you will have to write and speak in both Chinese and English. Fluency in English is essential for internal communication with international counterparts. We prioritize experience working with B2B client teams.
